Welcome to koolkondo where you will experience luxury vacation rentals at its finest. Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury!



Our ocean front spacious condo in the heart of Poipu beach next to theSheraton Hotel has it all! This beautiful condo has unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It is very spacious with over 1,800 square feet of living space with two bedrooms upstairs and 3 full bathrooms and a beautiful remodeled kitchen with everything to cook a gourmet meal. It's just a short walk to the beach and access to a pool with ocean views. This resort also offers tennis courts.



The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. All beach gear available as well. Our on island manager is available to make your dream vacation spectacular!



The local community and tourists like to gather by the resort at sunset that may or may not disrupt your quiet time. Mahalo!



Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.

This was a FANTASTIC unit for our family vacation. We have a 5 year old and twin 3 year olds. The space to run outside was perfect. The views from the living room and master bedroom were mesmerizing. The style of the unit was also perfect - very much Hawaiian/Pacific style which was important to us to feel like we’re in Kauai. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms/showers were great. All the amenities you could possibly need. The location to beaches, shopping and food is all less than 5 min drives. This is my 5th trip to Kauai and I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our time at Kapili 9…the home was very clean and organized. Plenty of beach chairs and a great little wagon to transport them with. The views from the primary bedroom of the ocean were awesome! The entire family had a wonderful experience and we’d definitely stay here again.

This condo was very comfortable and spacious for our family of four. It was in a perfect location with easy walkable access to the beach and multiple restaurants. The management team was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

Great oceanfront location close to everything. Very nice, large property, as advertised. Super views! Easy check-in and out. Nice quiet family resort setting. Some minor deferred maintenance but overall an excellent property in an excellent location. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Absolutely beautiful spot! Great location

Me and my family had such a fun vacation to Kauai! This condo with an ocean front view is absolutely stunning! Great location to walk to the perfect family beach, and a short walk to the shopping center and for a new coffee shop each day. We really enjoyed that the condo was stocked with the basic necessities like everything you need to cook, spices, cooking oil, we did a lot of laundry so it was so convient to have a washer and dryer in the unit! we were also really excited to find a wagon, 4 Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella and pickle ball/tennis racks! AND a cooler!!!Really everything you need to enjoy the beach! The pool is also very close and my toddlers enjoyed it very much! We did find two cockroaches in the unit during our stay, one in the bathroom sink, and one crawling across the kitchen floor. Otherwise, it was very clean. Check in process was smooth, the host sent clear instructions with directions, codes to access all the amenities and they even had a concierge directly text me offering local recommendations for things to do and places to eat! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo ocean view to others! Loved getting to wake up and look right out at the ocean, skyline. The unit has AC which was nice, although in the upstairs oceanview bedroom the AC vent in the ceiling had a slow drip onto the floor due to condensation. Unsure if this is normal or not. It really wasn’t a problem for us tho! Overall 10 stars!!

we really enjoyed our stay. the property was perfectly located with amazing views of the ocean. the downstairs patio was perfect for relaxing. lots of great restaurants nearby and lots of activities to do. the hosts communicated well and it was easy to find everything we needed in the kitchen. amazing showers and nice neighbors made for a great vacation

Poipu Kapili

We loved our stay at Poipu Kapili. The condo was beautiful and ideally located. The area was peaceful but also very close to lots of good restaurants, beaches, and shops. The condo itself was very spacious and clean, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. We loved our lanai! There were several useful amenities in the condo, such as beach chairs. We did wish there were a few more toiletries, but we had everything we needed overall. We look forward to returning to Poipu Kapili again!

Relaxing Getaway with Incredible Oceanfront

This was our second visit to The Garden Isle introducing it's incredible beauty to our 12-year old son. We selected the property based on it's location and reviews. Pluses ... Oceanfront patio with views to die for, very spacious property with good amenities exactly as described in the listing, convenient location in Poipu/Koloa with easy access to fabulous beaches, incredible walking trails and everything else, pool and grills, excellent communication with Corey (property manager), super easy check-in. Minuses ... None. We will return.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Everything about this condo is wonderful---great location, nice furnishings, comfy bedrooms, great soaking tub, well stocked kitchen. The pool area is nice with plenty of umbrellas and chaise lounges. Best of all is the convenient location to the beach wall and fabulous sunsets and star gazing. We'll request this property for out next stay in Poipu.

There was four of us, all in our sixties and we all have had owned rental property in the past. We were pleased with the property at and on every level. Everything was as represented, location is key, and comfort is everything. The condo was clean, everything worked and this condo is popular. All you have to do is look at the calendar and see for yourself. Corey is very knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our text quickly. I wish I could get my kids to answer my text as fast! The only regret we have is not having enough time to stay here longer, but we will next time! Aloha!
