Brand new A/C just installed. Remodeled and upgraded just for you! Unit 48 (building 9) is in a peaceful and secluded location of the sprawling 35 acre Kiahuna Plantation resort complex.
The grounds boast wide, green manicured spaces coupled with beautiful flowering trees and the incredible Moir gardens. From the door of the unit you have a short few minute’s walk to your choice of beaches; Kiahuna beach or Poipu beach. Both are excellent swimming and snorkeling spots or just grab a chair from the beach hut and soak up the glorious, warm sunshine! This unit sleeps 4 with a private bedroom suite, along with a comfortable pull out couch located in living room. Brand new living room furniture awaits your arrival.
The unit has an open airy feel with vaulted ceilings and is so quiet! It’s on the desirable second floor of a two story building, providing privacy. Other in room amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with brand new cookware, vacuum, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, makeup mirror, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, some snorkel gear, cooler, board games, corn hole game and dozens of books to choose from for a good beach read. WiFi is included and the brand new 60 inch tv has a cable subscription as well as Netflix. The private lanai provides the peace and tranquility that allows you to relax and switch to vacation mode.
The resort offers beach chairs and towels from the Beach Hut where you can also rent snorkel gear and book surf lessons. The Poipu Athletic Club across the road allows guests access to the beautiful pool with water slide, tennis courts, state of the art gym equipment and locker room with showers.

Nightly rate DOES NOT include the $264 (tax NOT included) cleaning fee that guests will pay upon check out. Cleaning fees are based on a 7 day stay and additional fees may apply. There may be other charges from the property management depending on the length of stay. Fees mentioned do not include Hawaii state tax.

We had a fabulous time in this condo. The location couldn’t be better - so close to Poipu beach! The furniture and bed were comfortable. It’s also close to the laundry room which we used once in our 10-day stay. Towels are replaced every 3 days, and there was a full cleaning and bed linens changed after 6 days. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Annual Hawaii Vacation. We love staying at Kiahuna Plantation. Stairs were a disadvantage, neighbors rather noise. Unit wasn't exceptionally clean. Toilet was really low and encroached over the door frame.

Perfect beach getaway condo in Poipu. Stay here!!!

This condo is in the perfect location on the property. Open floor plan, vaulted ceiling with fans. Comfortable beds. Stunning garden views from the balcony. 2 or 3 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and recently updated. Easy and quick communication with the owner, convenient check-in and check-out. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Great location and very nice place.

Upstairs unit with view of gassy area from balcony. Air-condition kept condo nice a cool even on hot days. Decorated nicely with all the basic amenities. Kitchen very nice. Location is perfect for a short walk across the grass area to the sandy beach. Also has a vice beach walk, you can follow for a few miles. Near restaurants, shopping and a short drive to a SCUBA rental shop and reasonably priced groceries. Only 24 minute drive to Costco or Safeway. We would stay here again.

Excellent Location

It was great to be so close to multiple beaches, restaurants and shopping. There was no beach equipment in the condo, but the beach hut was easy to rent chairs and an umbrella for the week. The view was nice with trees, grass and flowers. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have AC, although maybe not necessary year round. The condo was very clean

Peaceful Paradise

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. This unit is extremely peaceful overlooking the section of the main lawn with the bridge and large canopy tree. It’s a wonderful upstairs unit with AC.

Nicely updated condo in great location

I've been to Kiahuna many times with my family. The location is great with just a short walk to the beach, pool, and dining at the shopping center across the street. The employees are always very nice and helpful with anything you need. I was really impressed that Kiahuna has been relocating the chickens and roosters that come onto the property. It was surprisingly quite compared to everywhere else on the island. The condo had beach toys, boogie boards, coolers, chairs, and snorkel gear in the closet. Plenty of space for the 3 of us to cook and hang out. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic!

This place is perfection, just book it. 24 of our family and friends converged on Poipu, in the same complex. I can say without a doubt our unit was the nicest out of all 5 others I saw. The location is prime, near laundry, walking path to beach right there, close walk to the pool and coffee. The is no AC which worried me, but we didn’t need it. The unit airs off beautifully. My ONLY complaint is the bed is too firm for me, but the fold out couch was comfy, so we did that.

Kiahuna Plantation is gorgeous!

The location is absolutely perfect! You are within a short distance to some amazing beaches and amenities. The condo had all the supplies that you would need. There were a few things in the condo that didn’t work properly, but that didn’t stop any of our fun and enjoyment.

A quiet week in Poipu!

The owner, Jenn, was very responsive when we couldn’t find chairs, umbrellas etc. The condo kitchen was very well stocked. There were books, games and puzzles that we enjoyed during the recent rainstorms. The condo was lovely!
