This property and the host were both absolutely amazing!! Spacious home with multiple lanai’s and breathtaking views!! Best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had. Cynthia was a gem to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend and would love to come back!!

Great location, quick access to Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. The accommodation was very comfortable, cozy, with a mostly fully operational kitchen and gas grill on one of the two lanais. We had many meals en suite which adds to our enjoyment of Holoni house.

Wonderful family stay

The house was in the perfect location. We had everything we needed for myself, my husband and our teen kids to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation.

We had a great time at this home. The location is perfect in south Kauai. We spent a lot of time at Shipwreck Beach and at Poipu Beach, but we hit all the local spots. We also really liked the shops and restaurants 5 minutes away in Koloa. Walking the path each morning by the ocean was really nice. The home is very comfortable. We did use the AC at nights but we are AC addicted Floridians. As soon as you check in, open all the sliding doors, including the front door, and in just a short time the whole home will feel very pleasant. Even in the hottest part of the day the home felt great with no AC on. It was very helpful to have all the beach chairs and towels for our trips to the beaches. Watching movies as a family in the TV room at night was the perfect way to end the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful little bungalow close to the beach

We loved the rental. It was a 10 minute walk to the conference center at the Grand Hyatt and close to the beach. It is a beautiful setting and very private.

Great place…great host

Clean, non-condo space that is located perfectly if you prefer to stay in South Kauai. Lots of amenities to make you feel more like home, and a very friendly host that is more than willing to offer advice and help to ensure you have a great stay. We will be looking here first for any subsequent trip to Kauai.

Great location

Less than a mile from the beach where turtles swim up to the shore at sunset. We didn’t even need the A/C because when you open the windows, it has the best airflow. The host was amazing and quick to respond. We had a great time.

Excellent property

We really enjoyed our stay the place is great very comfortable, location is amazing, only thing it needs a new shower spigot, were water comes out, and shower head. Very close to great beaches greenbelt path is great! Loved the place. Thanks John.

The Best Hosts!

Our hosts were responsive and communicative. We were thankful to have access to the small cooler and beach chairs. The location was perfect for us. The property did not disappoint. Once again, our hosts were fantastic.

Beautiful, quiet location

We enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood, the quiet and serene backyard and lanai and the gorgeous view. John was the perfect host, always responding to questions and a very thoughtful and kind person. The apartment was close to every attraction, but very private and quiet. We were very happy with our decision to stay there!

The unit was everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking and serving supplies. There were plenty of towels and sheets provided. There was an air conditioner which was nice on the really warm days. The area felt very safe and quiet. We were in walking distance of so much beauty. The beaches were just stunning. There were also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful lower level of house in nice neighborhood

The neighborhood is spectacular and location is great. The checkin process was easy and communication was really good. The lower level of the house is decorated nicely. The AC is loud and struggles to keep up on hot days, your best bet is to open all the windows and pray it’s not too humid outside. The BBQ was brand new. The kitchen isn’t a full kitchen but it has all you need to prepare simple meals. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This house is loved

Can't find any cons. Scrupulous standards. Nice personal touches. Softest towels ever. Walking distance to the beach through nice grounds. Loved waking up to the view of lush landscaped lanai. Very private. Art on the walls is definitely beyond what one expects from a rental. This house is loved.

Quiet and relaxing

This basement apartment had everything we needed and was quiet and private. The yard surrounding area is lovely and the property is close to food and activities. The pool and hot tub access was nice, but the hot tub heat was broken. The manager, John, was helpful. He even gave us early access, which was awesome in light of our early arrival time. A home run for my daughter and me.

Convenient and comfortable stay for a couple

Had a very pleasant stay at this property in Poipu. Really appreciated that communication with the host was near immediate during our stay. The location was convenient to some of the beaches. The unit was clean and inviting for a couple. We did not spend too much time in the unit as we were usually out and about, but it had all that we needed. Was pleasantly surprised to see that there was access to a pool, although we never used it. Had very good airflow through the bedroom and never needed to use air conditioner.
