This one-bedroom Kuhio Shores condo is designed for two, with floor-to-ceiling windows carrying the ocean view into the living room and an open kitchen for breakfast before the South Shore calls. Partial air conditioning offers a cool-down after time in the sun, and elevator access makes arrival easier. Lawai Beach is close by, while Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach Park are a short drive for a sandier swim day. Kukui'ula is nearby for groceries or dinner. Choose this home for the couple who would rather watch the surf from their own lanai than settle for a distant ocean glimpse.



The Space:

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the Pacific into the living room, where a couch and oversized armchair give you a front-row seat. The open kitchen has tile counters, full-size appliances, and a dining table for four. A king bed and walk-in shower complete the 854-square-foot home for two. Partial air conditioning provides added comfort after beach time.



Guest Access:

Guests at Kuhio Shores enjoy access to the oceanfront communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center, plus lush garden grounds throughout the complex. An elevator and disabled parking spot make getting around easy, and the beachfront setting puts sand and surf just steps from your lanai. Accessible-height beds and toilets are available for added comfort.



The Neighborhood:

Kuhio Shores sits beside Lawai Beach on Kauai's sunny South Shore, where the shoreline, reef, and surfers make a simple walk outside feel like an outing. Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke's Beach are a short drive for sandy swimming, while nearby Prince Kuhio Park adds a quieter historical stop. Kukui'ula brings groceries, restaurants, and a farmers market within reach. This pocket of Poipu favors couples who want an ocean-focused stay with practical stops close by.



Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away, a pretty drive across Kauai's south shore. A rental car is recommended to reach Poipu's beaches, Koloa town's shops, and nearby dining with ease. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in small lots around town.

**Please be advised that the exterior spalling project is underway and may affect guests staying in the impacted units.



Project Schedule

Duration: First week of August through the end of September.



Work began on August 3 with the 09 stack (Units 109, 209, 309, and 409) and will continue sequentially through the 19 stack (Units 119, 219, 319, and 419).





If the project progresses ahead of schedule, work may also begin on the Bayside stacks (Units 101–108), including:

01 stack: Units 101, 201, 301, and 401

Through 08 stack: Units 108, 208, 308, and 408





During construction, guests may experience:

• Construction noise during daytime working hours (8am - 4pm)

• Dust and debris associated with exterior concrete repairs.



While every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, construction schedules may change due to weather or project progress.
