  • A perfect place to make your home away from home! This 2-bedroom single story garden and partial ocean view condo has an open layout. Enjoy the amazing views. A very short walk right onto a well-manicured lawn, beautiful blooming trees, few steps to the pool, BBQ, few steps to spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and whales during wintertime. It is comfortable, clean, lovely, and quiet place. Quite spacious with fully equipped and recently upgraded kitchen, washer, dryer, and beach equipment. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, famous beaches, golf courses, and many more fun activities.

Thank-you so much for a truly wonderful stay. The condo has been incredibly comfortable and well equipped, and we’ve really appreciated all the thoughtful amenities. The views have been amazing, the beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is so well stocked that it made it easy to feel right at home.We also especially wanted to thank you for taking care of the dishwasher so quickly - we really appreciated you fixing it within just a couple days.

Great location - could get to beaches and other parts of the island easily for sightseeing, restaurants, hikes, etc. Condo decor was a bit dated but clean and well stocked - kitchen, bathroom, beach items. No central air conditioning but unit in bedroom provided enough air to keep us cool in October. Be aware you can hear the upstairs tenants walking around in the evening. Overall it was a good condo for the price paid.

The pictures were not equal to what the unit was. The "instruction" book was out of date and regarding the TV the remotes were not the same ones that were there so the "instructions" were useless. We did eventually learn how to operate the TV. There were lots of stairs and on the second day there I fell and the rest of the trip was not the same.

A slice of paradise!

The unit was just as described. Comfortable, clean and convenient to Poipu Beach! Had great beach amenities and from the lanai, a view of the ocean where we saw humpback whales and green sea turtles. The landscaping was lovely and the pool and hot tub were immaculate. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic location and creature comforts as expected

We fell in love with the lanai. Perfect for meals, reading or napping. Being 30 seconds away from perfect viewing of sunrise and sunset can't be beat. There is an extremely well equipped kitchen and all the beach toys you could ask for on an island vacation. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Kauai.

Picturesque and Lovely!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and spacious, with a beautiful ocean view and the sound of the waves. We received a lovely welcome arrangement and the house had plenty of kitchen supplies and extra amenities like beach gear. A short walk to the beach, or a beautiful cliff side view of the ocean right outside the patio if you don’t feel like walking. Would definitely recommend and will look to stay again on our next trip!

Excellent Location

We had a great stay. Location was perfect. Our favorite part was seeing the sunrise and sunset everyday. While the condo unit was a bit dated, the price and location made up for it. The furniture could use a deep cleaning. We appreciated the beach mat/chairs, cooler and snorkel gear. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location near Poipu beach!

Nice condo with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Well situated near Poipu beach. Walking distance if you are up to it, otherwise a few mins by car. Complex is well maintained. Nice welcoming sweets at the condo. Would definitely return
