Beautifully remodeled ground floor, ocean view condo by the great lawn at Kiahuna Plantation just steps away from the beach. Open concept with vaulted ceilings, corner unit that provides exceptional ventilation, 2 ceiling fans and A/C. Appointed with upscale, comfortable furnishings, new king mattress, and kitchen essentials.


#30 is a beautifully appointed ground floor unit with first quality furnishings, appliances, kitchen and barware. Enjoy ocean views and magical sunsets from your lanai that is newly tiled with premium quality new furniture and custom cushions for your comfort. Our corner unit captures continuous cooling tradewinds but is equipped with air conditioning for warmer days and nights. Large screen smart TV with Bose soundbar, internet and cable. Bath is fully tiled, floor to ceiling, with tub/shower.
Adjacent to the Great Lawn, our completely remodeled ground floor corner unit is the ideal vacation spot on the sunny south shore of Kauai.  Kiahuna Plantation is the only condo resort with a sandy, swimmable beach. Our Beach Hut provides daily beach towels, surf board rentals, lessons and snacks.
Our 35 acre property is a beautifully landscaped tropical paradise with a world class orchid garden and walking trails. The property comes complete with 24 hour security, complimentary parking, towel service and chairs for the beach and pool, internet access , top quality bar-b-ques and laundry facilities on property close to unit.
Your stay entitles you to membership at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. The club has a full gym, exercise room, outdoor pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, locker rooms and a bar and eatery.

We have stayed at many different properties at Kiahuna…#30 was top tier! So many thoughtful touches made this a home away from home! The kitchen is super well stocked with lots of food storage ! We enjoyed many sunsets on the patio sitting at the adorable high top table and super comfy loungers! We hope to return soon!

Spacious First-Floor Condo with A/C!

Highly recommend this condo! A/C, newly remodeled, and a super responsive owner. Loved the partial ocean view and all the beach equipment, in the storage closet. Nice, roomy layout with space for all.

Great Property

Kiahuna is a great place to stay with an awesome beach, wide open spaces and amenities nearby. We loved playing pickle ball, using the beach, playing frisbee on the lawn and walking to dinner and shopping. The unit was clean and well stocked. Perfect for our Kauai adventure.

Beautiful ground-level unit, convenient to beach, lawn and club.

This was one of two units that I rented for our extended family. My son, his wife and toddler stayed in this unit. They loved its location and the convenience of having a kitchen. The A/C was appreciated! Although this unit had a pack and play, they ended up contacting a baby equipment rental company for a crib, booster seat and toys. This unit is very convenient to the lawn, beach and club. They found an easy path (about a 1/2 mile walk) to Poipu beach where there is a perfect, sheltered cove for children to splash in plus see the sea turtles who come up on the beach to sleep! The surf at Kiahuna Beach in front of the lawn can be quite rough and not suitable for little kids.The club with its kiddie pool was easy to walk to. It is an amazing facility - pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, equipment room that is a great amenity!The unit was clean and well-maintained. The refrigerator had a minor glitch mid-week, but the office was very responsive to the repair need.My family would definitely rebook this unit again!

Family Vacation 2024

LONG REVIEW: Having never been to Kauai this is what I would want to know:) The location is a dream. Family-friendly giant grass lawns with kids playing soccer & football daily. Family BBQs nightly. Entire complex is beautiful, location of this condo is perfect. Peek ocean views but just enough out of the way if feels slightly private (VS others right on ocean/ grass) You can walk or drive to food and shopping in 5 minutes. You receive a pass to the pool & gym across the street with this rental; great outdoor workout facility, showers, and clean bathrooms. Pool with a small slide, toddler area, and restaurant w/ great food! Towels are provided at pool check-in daily! You also receive passes for daily beach towels at the beach hut on the property. This rental unit was STOCKED with thoughtful extras: coolers, balls, puzzles, a few snorkeling masks, and the upstairs "locker" has chairs, blow-up beach toys, and more. Family-friendly thoughtfulness abounds at this rental! The condos are small. This unit had a giant bed in the bedroom and the living-room fold-out bed is fine for two small kids. Extra blow-up & bedding provided. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, rentals always need more cleaning supplies, dish towels & soap- I have started to bring them. The unit was nicely updated, very clean & big TV was fun for movie nights. One suggestion: the table & stools felt slightly big for the space. The owners were wonderful & super responsive! Can't wait to return. Thank you.

This property was perfect for our needs. Everything was as listed and the whole experience was excellent. I wish the pool was closer to the beach, but other than that I don’t have anything but positive reviews.

Perfect Family Vacation

The property and our unit made for a great home base during our week stay. The great lawn that leads to the beach is so soft you do not need shoes the entire stay. The unit itself has nice updates and amenities. Our kids slept comfortably on the pull out couch and the kitchen was fully equipped. Having the Athletic club and Little Fish Coffee across the street is a great convenience. Our kids loved the pool up there and both offer solid food options without having to drive somewhere. Having access to multiple beaches to walk to was by far the most convenient aspect, considering the limited public parking spaces anywhere on the island.

Loved our Stay at Kiahuna #30!

We had such a great time staying in Kiahuna #30! The condo is beautifully remodeled and in a great location (you can walk right out to the "great lawn" at Kiahuna -- and be on the beach in less than 2 minutes). The kitchen was well appointed -- had everything we needed to cook great meals! (There is also a high-end community BBQ on the lawn that we used as well). The main bedroom was comfy. The sofa bed was, by sofa bed standards, very comfortable as well. And the unit definitely got great breezes (and the A/C worked well on a couple of hotter days -- in fact we had to turn it down as it got too cold! lol). We appreciated the info that the owners sent us before check-in about local activities and restaurants. The property has great amenities as well -- the activities shack had rental equipment and snacks at reasonable (for Kauai) prices. We were three people in the unit (myself and my two teenage boys). I would say that a family of 4 *might* feel a little cramped in this space. But that's just personal preference. If I had one suggestion, it would be to replace the big kitchen table with a smaller one to open up the indoor space a bit. But hey, the point of going to Kauai is to get out of your room and into the outdoors, right? (In that spirit, we ate most of our meals on the patio, which had great furniture). Overall, we loved staying here, and appreciated all the great touches that the owners have put into this property. Thank you for a great stay!

Great property and location

Nicely appointed condo on a beautiful property. Short 5 min (or less) walk to the beach where we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and saw some turtles and monk seals. Location on the island is great - relatively short drives to nearly anywhere and not as busy as Princeville area. We loved it and will visit again.

Wonderful unit in Kiahuna Plantation

We have stayed in several units in Kiahuna and this is the best by far. Great location, nicely updated, quality furnishings and tv, beach toys and chairs available, very clean, and the owners Charlie and Kristy were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. The A/C was a huge plus.

This condo is set back from the ocean but has a sliver of a view. It’s nicely remodeled and well equipped. Nothing fancy but comfortable. It is right on 2 pathways so can be a bit noisy.

Cozy property, beautiful surrounding, great location!

Stayed for a week in December, couple of 55+ years old. Enjoyed every minute in this cozy place - it has all we needed for a relaxing time! The surroundings are beautiful, well maintained, has it's own beach (a little narrow), and lovely public beach in 5 mins walk and.that was a favorite place not only for us but for seals and sea turtles to rest! Shopping and few restaurants just across a road - very convenient. We rented a car and explored an island - many beautiful small towns, fantastic trails and beaches. Communication with owner was easy, responses were sent promptly, check-in and check-out were fast. Would definitely come back!

Location, Location, Location

A real beach “ bungalow.” Terrific beach, great swimming (for swimmers), good waves, lovely areas for lounging in the sun, nice little shack for chairs, towels, etc. If you are a true lover of ocean and beach lifestyle, this is for you. No “glitz” or touristy pretention—just the real deal. Going back? Oh, yes!

Enjoyed proximity to many beaches. Great pool and the poolside restaurant was very good. Loved the all the green spaces at the resort. Luau next door at the Sheraton was amazing and convenient.
