"This review is specifically for the “penthouse” suite with the private bathroom. We were very disappointed to arrive to find the bathroom filthy and clearly used and not cleaned. I’m assuming one of the guests from the downstairs rooms with the shared bathrooms had found it and been using it, but the management really should have checked before we arrived. "An exceptional stay. Although we arrived later in the evening, the staff were wonderful. The hotel room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Don't miss the view from the rooftop, just beautiful, only to be outshined by the lovely grounds around the hotel. There are two museums on the property, the wine museum is amazing and worth a visit, it is right in the hotel near the eating area.
