"アメニティの歯ブラシがなくて、2日目のアメニティにはありました。 部屋ごとの駐車場が子ども連れにはとても便利でたすかりました。 部屋は、広くとても清潔でした。 子どもずれだったのですが，騒音も気にしなくてすみ，静かで快適に過ごすことができました。 スタッフの対応もとてもよかったです。別府に来る時は、またこのホテルを利用したいです。"
