THE CABIN:
Hillside Haven is so named because of its location in the rolling hills of Sevier County! This Beautifully decorated cabin boasts 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths with a Game Room in the Loft.

Upon entering the cabin, you'll notice a newly renovated space with open concept and high vaulted ceilings. The completely renovated kitchen comes equipped with new LG appliances, farmhouse sink, granite countertops. Stepping down the hallway brings you to the first floor bathroom and 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms with Queen Beds. Heading up the stairs brings you to the Loft Game Room with Pool Table and plenty of Board Games! A left takes to to the upstairs bathroom and Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and Full sized Day Bed with Twin pullout Mattress. Moving back downstairs and through the Kitchen will bring you to the rear of the Cabin where you will find a large covered back deck with Hot Tub, Outside Seating, and Gas BBQ grill. Stepping off the deck leads you to the Large Fenced in back yard to let your pets run safely! Also located in the yard is a large stone fire pit to eat Smores and relax!

It is also a short drive from the center of Sevierville where you will find numerous stores and restaurants. Enjoy Tennessee Whiskey? The Old Tennessee Distilling Co and Sugarland Distillery are both a short drive away.

Pets welcome - Our pet-fee is additional for up to two pets for the duration of the stay. Just make sure the pets are part of your reservation, if not the pet fee will be requested before or after your stay.

GUEST ACCESS:
We provide self check-in for all guests. We use the latest Smart Lock technology. You will be provided a unique code that will be used to allow access to the cabin! Technology rocks!

HOUSE RULES:
- No Smoking inside the cabin, please use the balconies.
- Pet fee is additional for up to 2 animals. Please add pets to your reservation. If a pet is not part of your reservation, pet fee will be requested before or after your stay.
- No Food or Pets in Hot Tub
- 9 Guest Maximum. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of stay and/or extra fee of $50 per person per night.
- No Parties
- No Drugs
- Quiet time after 10:00pm in this secluded community
- Fireworks are prohibited
- Open Burning is allowed only in the provided fireplace and fire pit.
- For #1 & Especially #2 please use the bathroom toilets ☺️

The entire cabin is yours! Romantic getaway or bring the whole family!

***Please be advised that we have EXTERNAL video monitoring in place at the property. There are 3 cameras that monitor the front and rear door entrances, as well as the back yard fire pit. This is for both the safety of guests and the safety of the property. No regular footage of guests is recorded or maintained. NO INTERNAL cameras are present and YOUR PRIVACY is a top priority. An Echo Dot is located in the living room, but is used for guest entertainment only and does not actively record. If you have any questions about video monitoring, please let us know***

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There are a couple of friendly kitty cats that sometimes roam the grounds and woods behind the cabin. They are a great natural source of pest control! Don't be surprised if you find one of the cats meowing at the back door in the evening. Sometimes they stop by looking for a treat. Feel free to feed them, they really appreciate it! We try to keep canned food in the cabinet to the upper left of the fridge.
