The Space:

Our modern and sparkling clean villa offers the perfect escape right near the heart of the action. Turning off the main road of Srithanu, a small private alley leads you into a peaceful, quiet complex completely cut off from traffic noise. After parking in the complex's private parking lot, you'll walk through a stunning, beautifully manicured tropical garden filled with lush greenery.



The villa is slightly elevated to provide an extra sense of privacy. Stepping up 2–3 stairs, you are welcomed by your own private front porch.

The Living Room: The entrance leads you straight into a cozy, inviting living space equipped with a highly comfortable sofa—ideal for winding down.



The Fully Equipped Kitchen: Located directly across the living space, this modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware, appliances, and utensils needed for long-term stays and guests who love to cook.

The Bedroom: To the right side of the living room, you will find the entrance to a highly spacious and private master bedroom. It features large windows creating a bright atmosphere, a premium King-Size bed, and full air conditioning.



Private Bathroom (En-Suite): Located inside the bedroom, the private bathroom is highly aesthetic, clean, and modern, equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower, sink, mirror, and all the essential amenities.

Peace & Quiet (Noise Policy): Our boutique complex is a peaceful sanctuary. Parties, events, or the use of loud sound systems/speakers are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM—please respect your neighbors.



Embracing Tropical Nature: The villa is surrounded by lush, beautiful tropical greenery. While the house is sparkling clean and undergoes continuous, rigorous housekeeping, encountering small insects or local geckos is a normal part of island life in Thailand. This is completely natural and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.



Water & Electricity Policy: Water usage is fully included in your stay. For electricity, we provide a generous daily allowance included in the price, which easily covers standard, comfortable home usage. To encourage eco-friendly habits, extra charges will only apply in cases of excessive waste (e.g., leaving all air conditioners running on high with doors and windows wide open, or keeping them on while you are out of the villa all day).
