Sunshine Residence is peaceful and quiet while being conveniently close to many local and Western restaurants, supermarkets, massage salons, sport activities and the island city center. The location is perfect to discover the island.
The villa has small pool attach to sea view balcony, only 20 meters from our private beach.

The studio house with mezzanine is an atypical 2 bedroom house designed over 3 split levels.
You'll find a homely South-East Asian touch with tasteful artisanal decor.
Comfortable living room with Smart TV, AC and fiber optic WiFi.
Fully equipped and covered outdoor kitchen with a lovely garden ! Enjoy your morning coffee or a nice cooked dinner in the outdoor kitchen/dining area. Hear the birds and smell the flowers and get the true tropical feeling.
The guests can also enjoy the private sala with fan in the garden of the property.

Idyllic for a romantic getaway, families with children, nature lovers or people who just want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Koh Phangan.

- we have outdoor security cameras monitoring the front door of the property, beach entry, parking and the pool.
