Our unique two-level home features a kitchen and living area on each level, allowing everyone to spread out comfortably without living on top of each other. Everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy while still feeling connected under one roof.

PET POLICY:
We love dogs! We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or less). Our pet fee is $50 per dog, per stay. Because VRBO only adds one fee automatically, please let us know if you are bringing a second pup so we can quickly update your reservation balance.

PARKING:
We offer plenty of dedicated parking space! You can park up to 4 vehicles in the lower driveway, and an additional 3–4 vehicles in the upper gravel area. The main hill driveway connects to our neighbor's property, so simply park within our designated lower or upper spaces to keep the shared lane completely clear. Please no driving or parking on the grass.

WOODLAND SETTING: Our home sits beside a large wooded area, so guests can enjoy the privacy and natural setting. As with any home surrounded by nature, you may occasionally encounter a bug or two despite our regular professional pest treatment.

FIRE PIT: If firewood is present at the time of your stay, feel free to use it. Firewood can also be purchased at nearby retail stores, such as Walmart & Food City. Please extinguish the fire pit after use.

OUTDOOR GAMES: If you use the outdoor games, please place them back in the shed overnight so they don't get exposed to rain or animals.
