The half-timbered holiday home, newly built in 2023, is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. Offers you all the comfort for 4 people on approx. 75 m² of living space.
The first floor of the charming house is divided into a small entrance area, a bathroom with window, sink, toilet and walk-in shower as well as a cosy living area with sofa corner, TV, fireplace and open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with refrigerator, dishwasher as well as coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living area leads to the east-facing, partially covered terrace, which invites you to linger. On the upper floor of the holiday home there are 2 bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. j

The house has its own parking space in the carport in front of it.
