Holiday House App Grace with pool and spectacular view. Great location above popular town of Split which is hart of middle Dalmatia and it is center point for all adventures & trips around beautiful Dalmatian coast.
Grace is fully equipped, air-conditioned, spacious and tastefully furnished accommodation that provides total comfort. We are located in the Klis above town of Split in a middle Dalmatia coast. Our guests will enjoy new equipped real estate with 32 m2 private swimming pool, big BBQ with open space dining area, equipped pool area for chilling from where the beautiful view ( to Klis fortress, Splits bay area, sea and islands ) is something that you can not resist especially at night with all the lights in a distance. Because of the location at hay position there is a clean ear and the nights are pleasant even in the hottest summer days.
Guests have access to a fully equipped accommodation facility on the ground floor of the building, equipped pool area, free parking space for which no reservation is required in advance and BBQ.
To our guests we are always at the disposal if they need us. Also we are a rich source of information about all activities and must see spots in the area, about which we provide help with organization, all without no extra fees.
Klis has a rich history; in the 9th century it was the seat of Croatian kings and in that capacity it was the Croatian capital. Because of its prominent position for a long time it was a difficult to conquer fortification. Medieval Klis was the seat of Croatian fighters; Uskoka, against the Turkish and Venetian invaders. In this honor, the last weekend of July, the reconstruction of the live battle at Kliška tvrđava is held.

Super Unterkunft. Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und räumt morgens meistens einmal draußen auf und macht den Pool sauber. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und der Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Pool einfach klasse! Das beste ist aber die Aussicht über Split.Einfach klasse Unterkunft, gerne wieder!

Our holidays were wonderful thanks to our host. The house and the outsides are amazing. The bedding is so confortable. You can find all what you need. The host is very helpful, the communication is easy. I recommand this rental.

Lovely property, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Great hosts, very welcoming, hospitable and always on hand if need be. Would advise a car, as the property is in rural area. Accuratelisted

Klis

This property ticks all the right boxes. Situated within sight of Klis Fortress there could not be a better place to have holiday. The apartment itself is modern, spacious with three good sized double bedrooms and two plush bathrooms. The pool is big enough to get some serious swimming in, if that is your thing. The poolside area is large with plenty of sun beds, a good bbq and large covered dinning area with great views . Klis is a quiet place to stay. There is a small supermarket 3 minutes walk away. You will need a car but if you have one Solin with restaurants and good Supermarkets is 12 minutes drive away. Split old town is 20 minutes away and is an amazing place to visit. Omis a good place to visit (we particularly enjoyed the white water rafting) is 40 minutes away. The best thing about the apartment is the hosts. They have always been keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible providing all those little things such as dish washer tablets and washing machine pods, saving us having to do a big supermarket shop on a he first day a task which I always have found irritating in the past. Best of all was the care they took over keeping the pool area clean and tidy. A lovely couple. We cannot recommend to highly.
