"Don’t recommend staying here! There were spiders everywhere (in the bed, curtains) housekeeping put their nasty hair all over the bathroom counter and sink. Complete different from my hair type and I keep the sink and counter clean before I leave. I’ve machine broken, the keycards didn’t work, they had to open my room with a key. Staff never apologized or asked about my stay, unfriendly. Overpriced for what you get"

"Awfully convenient as several fast food options and gas stations were nearby. Nice breakfast and the room was very clean. Noise level was very high (Frequent opening and closing of side entry door. Next visit, I’ll request a different room.)"

"You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave."

"My spouse and I chose the Baymont Inn and suites in Northwood,. Ohio mainly ,because of the reasonable price and that it included breakfast. Upon arrival, we found our room to be clean and the staff helpful. The hotel was near a great selection of places to eat and convenient stores for everyday needs . The hotel was just what we needed for our couple of week's stay while waiting for our house to be finished . Despite the hotel being off of I-75, it was very quiet and peaceful. We recommend...

"Rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and very clean. Convenient location for conference center. The staff are extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. Cook-to-order breakfast was solid but the buffet was underwhelming. Would have rated this hotel a 5 except the walls and windows are paper thin. Was on the 11th floor and could hear the cars and motorcycles with their loud music pass by. Could hear other guests as well. Mattresses and sheets comfortable so would have been a great night...

"Nice rooms, friendly staff. Opted to park in a lot down the street for $8 overnight, instead of the $34 valet. Free coffee in room and lobby in the morning. Room had a smsll refrigerator. Great views of the water and walking distance to area attractions."

"I prepaid for this room; upon checkin they asked for a card; and without telling me hit the card for $100 in case I smoked in the room; I'm a non smoker. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet and around the sinks and hot tub - apparently that money they took from me was to fix problems created by others. Never again will I allow that. Also, the hotel was under construction and it was very dangerous around the property."
