"⭐ I’d give it zero stars, but apparently that’s not an option.
“Disgusting” doesn’t quite cover it. “Terrifying” is getting warmer. 😂
We pulled up and even our Uber driver looked concerned for our safety. When the person whose literal job is to drop strangers off at random places takes one look around and basically says “Y’all need to RUN”… you listen. 🏃♀️💨
The whole place had a very strong “rooms available by the hour… no questions asked” atmosphere. 😳
I wasn’t sure if I should check...

"The property was one one the cleanest we have stayed in. The staff was very helpful, professional and polite. Our room was a cut above in space, cleanliness, with typical amenities - refrigerator and coffee maker with supplies. The bathroom was larger than most and the best part is my wife even said the bed slept wonderfully and it was probably the best bed/mattress that we've used. Check out was a breeze. If all Springhill's are this nice and professional we will have found our new...

"The bistro was a cool area with good food/coffee options but there was rarely an employee there to take your order, so it was basically unusable. There was also rarely an employee present at the front desk when I walked through. Shower door and balcony door in my room did not work properly. This hotel has great potential but could use some improvements. Air conditioner worked great."

"Room was simply furnished, clean, and well-supplied. A nice do-it-yourself breakfast and quiet halls for peaceful evenings. Kitchen area and bathroom functioned well, but the shower door leaked a little and a bit of ice formed around the freezer seal. Nice fitness center with track machines; I couldn't get a program launched, but still got a good workout on manual."

"I had to leave a deplorable OYO motel at 9:00pm because it was that AWEFUL! I found Element and booked it. I arrived after 10pm, but was greeted with smiles and a gift bag. The staff and the room was excellent!!!!! Even though I lost $150 dollars, it was well worth it!!!! I was able to put my head on that pillow and get a great nights rest!! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again!! Thank You, Elements!!"
