"Das Studio war groß und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt: Doppelbett, Fernseher, Balkon, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette sowie einer Küche mit Spülmaschine. Im Kühlschrank war sogar ein Bier! Leider war die Garage belegt, aber es gab unweit ein Parkhaus für denselben Preis (20 € pro Tag). Trotz der guten Dreifachverglasung der Fenster muss man damit rechnen, Verkehrslärm (gedämpft) zu hören. Zum Schlafen Ohropax mitnehmen!"

"One of the best Westin properties. Rooms are comfortable, clean and the property is well kept. Lots of food options nearby. Walkable to the city centre. Subway station two minutes away. Great choice. Stayed here multiple times over last few years. My only choice in Frankfurt."

"Very nice room. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. The “fitness center” is actually full gym, open to the public (free for hotel guests), so it is quite extensive. My only complaint is that the water temperature sometimes fluctuated in the shower. Otherwise, I really liked this hotel. "

"I was very pleased with the hotel. The location is excellent. Is located at walking distance from all the sites and steps from train and bus station. I was impressed with the variety of foods they offered for breakfast. All was delicious. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Also the restaurant downstairs was great for sitting outside and people watching! Great food too."

"The Hotel was lovely to stay in. The check in staff were amazing. Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast was fresh and adequate. This hotel was very central and we could walk everywhere with ease. It is a 13 minute walk from the train station. If I come to Frankfurt again I’d stay here for sure. "

"Front desk employees in the morning were amazing. The front desk employee at night was kind of rude. Even though we had a do not clean sign at the door, house keeping entered the room which felt like a lack of privacy. We also kindly requested a refund for the last night as something came up and had to leave Frankfurt early to which the manager refuse to help. Overall great experience at check in but not great overall"

"The hotel is very clean and modern. The reception and lounge area is pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, although one needed to open the window for air circulation (the heat and A/C were off). The hotel is located in an area that seems safe but with many homeless people drinking/sleeping on the sidewalks for 1-2 blocks."

Der Mitarbeiter erschien eher distanziert und fast gelangweilt, wodurch ich mich eher wie „ein weiterer Gast“ als wirklich willkommen gefühlt habe.
