Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. "Fijn hotel in een oud kantoorpand midden in een (druk) winkelcentrum, wat overigens niet voor overlast zorgt. Ideaal hotel voor een nachtje aan de grens. Parkeren is gratis voor hotelgasten, alhoewel het erg druk in de algemene garage is."

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "
