We worked hard to create this beautiful, high quality resting place and look forward to sharing it with you!

This is a 2100 Square foot single family home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs.

You can watch the sunset from the living room, or the beautiful patio in the upstairs bedroom.

Each room has a mini-split unit, which can be controlled from a gage on the wall.

There is plenty of parking in the drive way, or garage and on the street.

Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to Klamath Lake. There is one neighbor directly to the left of the home. All homes in the area are well cared for.

There is not much to do within walking distance. You will need a car, or bike to travel to the local parks, markets and restaurants.

Let our place be your hub for exploring the Klamath Basin! Located 42 miles from Crater Lake National Park to the North and the same distance from Lava Beds National Monument to the South. Close to OIT, Sky Lakes Medical center and everything the Klamath Basin has to offer!

Downtown Klamath Falls` restaurants, bars, museums, and shops are barely two miles away. The outdoor types will find the nearby mountain trail system an excellent place for mountain biking, hiking, trail running and bird-watching.

We insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation and will be included in your rental rate. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process. It’s our way of making your stay stress-free while ensuring our homes are well cared for.
-Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors, especially to the left of the home.

Please do not flush towelettes, wipes, or sanitary napkins down the toilet.

Booking guest must be present for duration of the stay. Guests are not allowed to book on behalf of another party. Extra guests not listed in the booking need to be approved by me before entering the home. Overnight visitors can be coordinated for an extra fee.

-The trash bins are located outside to the right of the garage. There is a recycling bin (black lid) and trash bin (Green lid.) Trash is picked up every Tuesday.
-For safety and insurance purposes, charging electric vehicles (EVs) on the property (including in the garage) is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of standard household outlets or extension cords. Guests are encouraged to use designated public EV charging stations nearby. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
