"We arrived late at night after a 14 hour drive. The front desk stunk like smoke and bleach. A face cloth in the room was dirty with hair wrapped in it. The towels were all wrinkled. Potentially just folded and put back on the rack Hair on the sheets and pillows. And a yellow stain on the sheets. ..."
