"I was able to book online but had some questions about our stay. When I called the hotel, the person I spoke to was not friendly at all. Every time I called, the phone rang at least a dozen times (yes, I counted). When we checked in, the counter person was not very friendly.
The shuttle from the airport was great. When we got ready to return to the airport, we had to wait quite a while for the driver.
Our room was clean but in need of updating. The bathroom had waterproof tape on one...

"Will never book with Expedia again. They said hotel was near the cruise port. It isn't. Also trying to book a ride to the cruise port was difficult because there is no place for a cab to pull in. This is very inconvenient.
