"Its offered as an all inclusive which is not. The only thing you can drink without soda or alcohol is water which is unacceptable. The food is very poor only offering at the buffet unhealthy options such us fries, pizza and hot dogs. The room is a 3 star accommodation not a five star and the service is awful very slow and not giving any solutions to your request. We’ve had many problems such us a door which cannot be closed at the room entering mosquitos and we ‘ve complain at least 8 times in order to get it solved. The shower didn’t have hot water and as well they been around two hours to fix it and ee couldn’t have dinner because they closed while we were waiting to be able to have a shower. Terrible experience i would never recommend it to anyone."
