The home has been thoughtfully updated while working to preserve the charm- a fully stocked kitchen, a bar area that lets 7 eat easily together and 4 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and 3 full Bathrooms.

- Golf cart (available by request. Returning guests and friends can use it for free; new visitors can rent it for a nominal fee of $100/day or $500/week. By signing the waiver you agree to all fines and fees associated with misuse or damage to the cart)



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



Pets are welcome! Bring 1 dog for free. If bringing more than one dog, please message us about the applicable fee.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
