Rx To Relax is located oceanside in the beautiful neighborhood of Sand Dollar Shores and provides all the amenities you will need and cheerful furnishings to ensure memorable vacation days at the beach. Indoors, your family and guests can divide their time between the open great room, private bedroom en-suites, mid-level den, and the ground level rec room with refrigerator and microwave. Here at Rx To Relax, it's all about relaxation and fun in the sun, so grab the kids and head for a refreshing plunge in the private pool or take a short walk to the beach then end the day relaxing in the hot tub.

The Town of Duck offers many opportunities for families and friends to be outdoors at the Duck Town Park, from Yoga on the Green, art shows, and music festivals, and you can walk or ride a bike there.

No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Què hi ha als voltants

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Inside was smaller than I had anticipated and the tv's throughout the house were extremely small considering how cheap tv's are these days. Furniture and beds were comfortable although single bed mattress on bottom floor wasn't the most comfortable. House was clean and worked well for out needs. Enjoyed listening to the surf from the back deck. Easy checkin/checkout.

Fantastic Duck Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. DU120 is the nicest vacation home we have stayed in by far. Village Realty did a fantastic job of keeping us informed on all the coming and going procedures and had the place in perfect order for our stay including the pool and spa which we definitely enjoyed.

The Perfect Place to Relax

This house absolutely has EVERYTHING! There were 9 of us traveling from different areas. 8 adults and 1 “child” (age 11). Each room has its own bathroom and even a bonus one mid-level. The kitchen was well-equipped with all of the cooking essentials & a dining table big enough so we could all enjoy meals together. The pool area is the perfect place to relax! Although this property is not right on the beach, it’s only about a short 7 min walk to get there. And it’s so close to downtown Duck that you can walk - it’s about a 15 min walk. My family and I loved this place & would definitely consider coming back. 10 out of 10 for sure!
