Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from your private balcony in this third-floor Colony by the Sea condo. You'll love the natural lighting with the skylight in the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms. You have access to two decks. One on the ocean side and the other faces the sound side and the northern beaches. If you're a shade seeker one of the decks will be shady depending on the time of the day. This is a great time to grab your favorite book and relax!

This retreat is the perfect location for your family vacation located in the heart of Duck. Also, this unit is only 135 feet from the dune walkover and gazebo. Beautifully decorated with a new kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, well maintained and fully stocked. Great for small families!

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy all the community amenities of Colony by the Sea, including the oceanfront pool with restrooms, outdoor showers, grilling areas, picnic tables, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, playground area, and coin-operated laundry. We also have access to WiFi which will keep you connected to work and home! Please note, the community pool closes in mid-October.

Please note, mattress sizes for bunk bed is not a normal twin size, they are 5 feet in length.

For your convenience, Mullen provides sheets and towels.

There is no elevator available at this unit or building.
