Centrally located in Duck, just a short distance from shopping and restaurants!

    Single Level Condo: Exterior amenities include a community pool, 2 beach accesses, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area, community park grills, 2 Oceanfront gazebos and a sand volleyball court. Inside you'll find the great room with a flat-screen TV/DVD and private deck access, kitchen, dining room seating 4 and a full hall bathroom, hall office area and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV.

    Extras: 2 TVs, DVD player, books, parking for 1 vehicle designated (additional guest parking in community lot and community pool and tennis), shared laundry (ground level/coin operated), community charcoal grills, high speed internet, linens and towels provided and Community Pool and Tennis.     Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

    This property does NOT provide beach chairs.

These condos are a favorite location of ours, and we were very excited to be able to reserve this last-minute. We love the location and being able to have morning coffee and evening drinks overlooking the ocean.The condo is very nice, but showing its age a little, and some surfaces, such as lamps and blinds were dusty.

Overall, 3 stars. The location is fantastic, with proximity and easy access to beach, great view, pool and the benefits of downtown Duck. Brindley Beach Vacatiions was pleasant to deal with; helpful in responding. We were missing some linens upon check in, which were promptly delivered. This particular condo needs updating. Decent appliances and cabinets/ countertops in kitchen, but dated and worn utensils, kitchen ware and furniture. The queen mattress and pillows were awful - not comfortable at all. Lots of spiderwebs and debris in the stairwells.

Disappointing

Location was great, but property was not clean. Ended the vacation early when we discovered large urine stains on the underside of one of the mattresses when moving it. Then lifted up the duvet to see equally disgusting urine stains to match. Cleaning crew also left soiled linens sitting outside of the front door in bags. Notified property management via VRBO app on the first day, but no response - the bags sat there for the duration of our visit. Informed the property management company in person of the soiled beds. Also that the mattress tags were dated 1999. Property needs to be updated or at a very minimum cleaned. Horribly expensive and unclean. Not much sympathy and no offer of any remedy or recompense. Will not be staying again at this specific property or with this agency.
