On the top level you'll find a tranquil sleeping sanctuary featuring three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom, creating a perfect haven for relaxation. A king bedroom with a dedicated desk provides a quiet workspace or reading nook, while the cozy queen bedroom is ideal for winding down after a day of adventure. A shared full bathroom serves the secondary bedrooms, offering convenience and comfort for all guests.



The bottom level welcomes a living room that flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area, ideal for shared meals and conversation. For added convenience, this level includes a laundry area and opens onto a charming porch with an outdoor dining table, perfect for alfresco meals. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**One pet is welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

The town of Duck is a popular Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, shops, and restaurants make for a pleasant and friendly town, perfect for a relaxing OBX vacation.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
