At DuckBurgh, you'll find an open living area complete with comfy couches, flat screen TV, and dining room. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you could ever need to prepare tasty, homecooked meals! DuckBurgh also features a standard coffee maker and a Keurig! Upstairs, you'll find King and Twin master bedrooms, granting enough space for everyone to relax and unwind after a great day on the Outer Banks!

Què hi ha als voltants

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We would stay here again.

The 2 bedroom home was comfortable and had most of what we needed. I don't know if it had to do with the pandemic, but there was no soap, no trashbags, etc., so you may need to pack them or purchase those locally. Easy walk to the beach. Very enjoyable time. Beautiful sights.

Good location, outdated condo.

We had overall a good experience because the location was perfect and the community facilities nice and clean and close to beach. We wished the condo was updated. The carpets are old, balcony chairs broken, netting and couch ripped, decor very dated to 1980s. I would not Likely stay in this unit again. Hope they update and then this would be a wonderful property.
