This charming 4-bedroom cottage, recently updated for a contemporary feel, enjoys a high perch in North Duck's Snow Geese neighborhood—known for its peaceful setting and elevated views. With an open central gathering area, clean coastal furnishings, and relaxed décor, the home creates an easygoing space perfect for families or friends.

Ready for the fresh ocean air? The east-facing deck features a hot tub and peek of the ocean, while the west side offers a screened porch—ideal for evening chats or a round of cards. Don't forget to rinse the salt off in the outdoor shower after your daily swim!

Located just 650 feet from the private community beach access, you're never far from the waves. Snow Geese also includes a private soundfront access, perfect for sunset strolls or catching a quiet view over the water. If you're looking for adventure, check out Nor'banks Sailing and Watersports just across the street, or lay low and relax with a drink at Village Table & Tavern. Whether you're heading to the beach, reclining on the deck, or enjoying the peaceful setting, Duck, Duck, Goose is a laid-back Outer Banks getaway in one of Duck's most scenic spots.

Lovely Property, Recently Updated

The house was wonderful and clearly very recently updated. It was very clean inside, and everything was very new. The beds were comfy, the shower had good water pressure, and all in all it was a lovely homebase. The house itself is a bit older, which is apparent outside but on the inside it’s really nice. Highly recommend.
