"夫婦で利用させて頂きました。第一印象は、近代的な最新のホテルと言った感じです。スタッフの対応も丁寧で良かったと思います。ホテル内、室内も新しい事もあり、清潔で見た目も良かったと思います。場所も別府の一等地とあり、街中を散策するのには最高の立地でした。ただ、駐車場が分かりずらいのと、非常に残念なのは、お風呂用のバスタオルとハンドタオルは有りましたが、それを使うと洗面所のタオルが無くなってしまいます。風呂用と洗面所用を兼用するのには難が有ります。せめて、洗面所用のタオルはセットして頂きたいと思います。他は満点でしょう。朝食も美味しく頂きました。"

"客室はとてもきれいで、落ち着いた雰囲気でした☺️ベッドの寝心地がとても良かったです。友達家族と一緒に宿をとり、それぞれ１階と2階で子供達同士、行き来して遊んで楽しんでいました。全体的にとても綺麗で満足なのですが、しいていうのならばシャワーヘッドが大きいので流す時のお湯の体への当たり具合が微妙という感じでした。問題なく流せはします！笑 気になるのはそのくらいでした。ありがとうございました☺️"
