*BBQ Grill Use

Our home includes a barbecue grill available for your enjoyment.
We do not charge for the use of the grill itself, but there is a $35 fee that covers gas and cleaning.

Once the fee is paid, a code to unlock and operate the grill will be sent to you immediately.

📋 House Rules:
• No smoking or vaping

🗑️ Trash:
All trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpsters located on the side of the house.
It is not allowed to place loose trash outside of bags, as this may result in fines from the community.
⚠️ Please note that glass is not allowed in recycling. You may dispose of glass in the regular trash bin.

🥩🍗You may use the grill, but we charge a one-time fee of $35 to cover gas and cleaning.

🚤 Boat Parking:
If you have a boat, please respect the community rules. Boats are not allowed to be parked in the driveway. The security guard will guide you to the designated boat parking area.

🏖️ Clubhouse:
To access the clubhouse, simply show your ID and provide the house address.
