This villa offers two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, the first bedroom features a double bed, an additional single bed, and stunning sea views. The en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub for added comfort. The living area on this floor is complete with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining area with seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more. The ground level opens directly to the pool and terrace, showcasing beautiful sea views. Additionally, there's an accessible bathroom suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

On the upper level, the master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with an indoor Jacuzzi. Enjoy breathtaking sea and sunset views right from your bed or relax in the comfortable lounge chairs. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV.

The outdoor area features a saltwater swimming pool with a children's corner, sun loungers, and a shaded dining area with a large BBQ. For families, the playground provides a safe and fun environment for children, with grassy areas to minimize accidents.

The serene surroundings, paired with captivating sea views, create an ideal atmosphere for relaxation. End your day by the private pool, savoring a glass of wine and a picturesque sunset.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
