Lower Nunton se encuentra en una zona rural y tiene un gran jardín privado ideal para familias y amantes de los perros. Todas las habitaciones de esta casa de una sola planta dan a la bahía y las vistas de 360 grados desde el jardín son igual de espectaculares. Very nice cottage in a beautiful area. Amazing views from the cottage…it was nice weather so the views were breath taking. Nice cottage inside and out. Huge lovely garden. Nice, comfortable furniture and beds, lovely shower, fully equipped kitchen. Did I mention the views? Things to improve? No WiFi. This is marked on the listing. Didn’t bother us because our phone networks worked well. I really enjoyed the Pride & Prejudice DVD, there was a big selection of DVDs. The curtains were very thin and did nothing to block the wonderful sunrise. Fortunately we always travel with window black-outs. I will return for sure to this property.

A wonderful break

My wife and stayed here with our grown up daughter and our two dogs. The views were beautiful, and the large garden a treat for the dogs. There we walks nearby and many further afield. The house was very clean, cozy (especially with the fire), and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. While there was no wifi, the 4g mobile signal was plenty to be able to stream films and programs on the TV. We were delighted with the house and location.

Absolutely perfect!

The place was absolutely brilliant! The views were fantastic! Everything there you needed. Great big garden for the dogs, with a beach a short stroll away. Can't recommend it enough. Best place I have ever stayed in Scotland. Would buy this place and retire there!

Amazing!

We had a really lovely short break. This cottage has everything you could need (no WiFi but we weren't fussed). Beautiful views over the beach, with nice big garden for the dogs to run around in. I honestly couldn't fault it.Hopefully we will be back again soon!

An interesting area to explore

Once we had located the property, the neighbours must get a bit frustrated at redirecting visitors, we were surprised by the gate and track up through the field over the cattle grids. Somehow we had missed this info in the advert entry to the property was as expected. The house was clean and well appointed. The heating was excellent as was the hot water supply. A good supply of games for the wet days. Overall a good property but some people would find the gate difficult to manage. Please prune the brambles beside the gate.

Cracking stay but need dishwasher. I dont hand wash at home so reluctant to do so on holiday. Also some confusion in listing as regards to whether there was WiFi or not.

Voyage magnifique, le cottage est un paradis sur terre, rustique mais charmant avec plein d'attentions pour occuper les locataires (livres, dvd, jeux de sociétés et d'extérieur. Un jardin immense et un environnement extraordinairement beau. Le calme de la campagne et le charme du bord de mer. Les proprietaires sont a l'ecoute et tres discrets. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Lovely cottage

It’s a beautiful cottage in a perfect location. Very peaceful and a lovely view from every window. The cottage has absolutely everything you could need and the garden is great if you have a dog as it’s totally enclosed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

If you have children who love the beach, a dog or two or just love peace and quiet with views to die for, look no further. Second time here, everything you need and location is just perfect for beach walks .Easy 15 minute car distance to Kircudbright with great cafes , pubs and restaurants and lovely independent shops . Highly recommended.

Sweet Life.

We love Dumfries and Galloway and this was our 3rd holiday in the locality. The Cottage was clean and comfortable, and well kitted out. The large grass garden area was brilliant for the 3 family dogs. The garden was secure, Was concerned regarding the low stone wall separating this garden with the neighbours garden, but all was more than ok, and the dogs made no attempt to investigate the other side!!. The rough gravel track up to the Cottage did present a few mobility issues for driving up and down. I have Arthritis and it was a bit of a bone shaker to be honest. From the cottage , the views were superb, and the holiday was totally complete for us when we regularly saw the wonderful Red Kites. Wowwwww. Loved our stay here and can highly recommend.

Short break in Dumfries and Galloway

This is a lovely property. Exceptional views from the dining area, living room and garden. Comfortable sofas in the living room. Very well equipped. Beautiful location close to the lovely town of Kirkcudbright. Enclosed garden which allows outside access for children.

Great location

The cottage was just as described, very comfortable and in a rural location. Enjoyed watch the Red Kites from the cottage and lots of nice walks nearby. Kirkcudbright is an excellent centre with all essential shops, cafes and restaurants. There was no need to contact the property manager at any point.

A little slice of heaven

The cottage is perfect...Amazing garden so big the dog thought he had his own field and the 14yr old, his own football pitch. Every need is catered for in the kitchen there was even weighing scales. The views are tremendous I could have sat in the garden for ever or at the kitchen table looking at the sea come and go. The beds are really comfortable and the shower is brilliant all the boys agreed too ... In fact I had to shout to get them out. A fabulous location to explore the wonderful solway coast. We didn't want to come home. Definitely will go back.

Another relaxing stay

The property is clean, comfortable and warm. A very relaxing stay, Great views from any window, even in foul weather. With a great beach only minutes away, a haven for the dogs and humans. Our second stay and there will be a third.

Fab cottage set way back from the road so total and utter peace and quiet, it is just perfect although could maybe do with some updating inside, having said that, I would most definitely book again😁

A home from home

We had the most relaxing and peaceful week at this delightful cottage. The views were something else and being so close to a lovely beach was a real bonus. Our dog loved the garden as did the kids and none of us wanted to leave. It had everything we needed and much more. The local town was charming and had lots to explore. Highly recommend this place.
