Corbie Neist is a sunny, top floor apartment overlooking the Harbour Square and the Moat Brae in one direction and the Church gardens in the other direction, both of which catch the summer sun at different times of the day. With lobby space for parking bicycles, it is an ideal base for exploring all that Galloway has to offer, whether on a bike, on foot, or touring. Within minutes of the front door you will find many coffee shops, tea garden, galleries, restaurants, take aways, museums.

Kirkcudbright stay

We stayed here for 6 weeks . The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. It is centrally located in the town and everything is within walking distance. Communication with Pete was easy and although we had no issues we knew if there was a problem he would be available and it would rectified. We would love to come back stay again .

Review Corbie Neist

Charming cottage style flat well decorated with interesting local art and great views out to the harbour and castle. TV a bit tricky to set up for local news and difficult to remove subtitles on bbc iPlayer. Bathroom a bit cold at times and not on same floor as bedroom and lounge. In need of some painting to upgrade. Otherwise very convenient for all amenities.

We had a lovely stay in this quirky little apartment. The kitchen lets it down a bit, but the bedroom is cosy and the living/dining room is a delight. It is bright and airy with nice artistic touches and great views. The location is excellent - right in the heart of a beautiful little town.

Stay in the Artist’s Town

We loved overlooking the Harbour Square and great view over the River. Kirkcudbright is a pretty town with lots to see and do in the town and surrounding countryside. Pete is a thoughtful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hadn't realised the bathroom was on the first floor and the rest of the flat on the second floor. We are mature residents so the stairs were slightly challenging. Otherwise a really good little home from home, in a great location. Pete was very helpfull.
