New luxury villa—for outdoor adventures in both summer and winter!

Sportchalet Bergkristall in the Nassfeld Presseggersee region is located in Kirchbach, 15 minutes from the gondola in Tröpolach that leads to the Nassfeld ski area. The Griminitzen family lift is 700 m away. The villa features a spacious balcony, a large private garden, and free Wi-Fi. It offers free private parking for at least 2 cars and is situated in an area where you can hike, ski, swim, mountain bike, golf, fish, and much more

The villa, featuring a terrace and mountain views, has 4 bedrooms—including an attic room with extra beds and a desk—a spacious living room, a large flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with exclusively top-brand (Bosch) appliances, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an induction cooktop with an integrated range hood, a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker, and 2 bathrooms with a rain shower and a handheld showerhead. Towels and linens are provided at the villa. There are two separate restrooms, as well as an AEG washing machine and a separate AEG dryer.

For young children, there is a high chair and a travel crib. We’ve also provided children’s tableware. Additionally, children can play in the attic when the weather is bad.

Outside, you can enjoy the view from the 8-person patio set. There’s also a cozy bistro set on the balcony. Furthermore, there’s a charcoal grill. There are countless opportunities for outdoor activities.

The Nassfeld (Tröpolach) ski area is a 15-minute drive from Sportchalet Bergkristall in the Nassfeld Presseggersee region; the ski bus stops 200 meters from the house. The village slope is 1 km away. Lake Weissensee is about 40 kilometers away. Various hiking and biking trails start in the immediate vicinity.
