"小学生３人と夫婦にて宿泊。 大きい2段ベッドでダブルの布団が４つあり、今日は誰と寝るか、の話題で子供達は大喜び。 距離は多少あるが国際通りまで散歩しながら行けるため、夕飯をどこで食べるか探しながらのお出かけは子供たちにも思い出になっている。 プールがついているリゾートホテルにも泊まったが、部屋の満足度で言えば圧倒的にこちらのホテルだった。 (できればあまり認知度高くなってほしくないが、良いものは良いと評価すべきと考え投稿します。)"

"スタッフの皆様の迅速かつ大変温かいご対応に、心から感謝しております。今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番感動的な滞在でした。 出発直前、航空便の突然の遅延により到着が丸一日遅れるというトラブルが発生しました。パニックになりながら相談したところ、ホテル側から未宿泊分の返金をご提案いただいただけでなく、日程を1日後ろにずらす（延泊）という要望にも、なんと追加料金なしで柔軟にシステム対応してくださいました。おかけで安心して沖縄へ向かうことができました。 また滞在中、体調を崩して病院（医師）の資料や湿布薬をお願いした際も、フロントの営業時間（19時）に間に合わない私たちのために、セルフチェックイン用のロッカーに保管してくださいました。しかも暗証番号を私たちの部屋番号に設定してくださるという、細やかなお心遣いに大変救われました。 ..."
