"Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. But, other parts of the stay were upsetting. The pool was closed the first two days we were there, and this is one reason why we chose this hotel. We brought several families with 5 kids, so not being able to swim in down time put a damper on our stay. We also could never get clean towels. We asked on several occasions, and they kept saying they would bring some. We stayed for 4 nights with 4 people and got 3 new towels the entire stay. The other...

"Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns..."

"The room was ok except, the tv remote kept muting the tv. I know people steal alot but i didnit have a directory or anything or even what channels we had . Nothing was left inroom . All in all the breakfast was nit the greatest pancakes worked one day then not the next, alot of sad kids. Bananas brown. Etc. Over all staff up front very friendly and helpful. Also the one's working cleaning rooms very nice.

"The bed was broken in our room and made huge noises, the shampoo/conditioner/body soap in shower did not work properly and was broken. The restaurants said open but then sat us then we had to order at the bar. We have stayed there in 2023 but this was a terrible stay and we will not go back to this property."

"Staff was pleasant. Room carpet was dirty. Needs replaced. Chair in room needs cleaned or replace.
Breakfast at 9am. No eggs, no bread for toast, no coffee cups. Food counter was a mess. Was in a hurry and couldn't wait for food to be ready. Breakfast was to be part of what the room costed. Paid more for nothing. Also did not like the maid knocking on the door a 8am for housekeeping."
