Lakefront Wellness Retreat - Sauna + Cold Plunge + Paddleboards + Lake Access

Welcome to Lake & Sage — a thoughtfully designed lakefront wellness retreat in the heart of Ontario wine country. Set directly on the shores of Lake Erie with unobstructed views stretching toward Pelee Island, this bright, modern getaway combines direct water access, wellness-focused amenities and beautifully curated spaces designed for relaxation, connection and memorable stays.

Step down to the lake from your own dedicated waterfront access and explore Lake Erie with two included paddleboards, each equipped with a detachable kayak seat. Adult and child PFDs are provided. After a day on the water or exploring wine country, warm up in the barrel sauna, cool off in the cold plunge, rinse off under the heated outdoor shower, or settle in around the fire overlooking the lake.

Located just minutes from downtown Kingsville, local wineries, restaurants, beaches and the Kingsville wine route, Lake & Sage is an ideal home base for a couples getaway, girls’ weekend, family trip or wine country escape.


THE HOME

The home features four thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces ideal for families and small groups:

• Main-level queen bedroom with peaceful water views

• Spacious upstairs primary suite with king bed, electric fireplace, TV and cozy reading chairs overlooking the lake

• Fun bunk room with twin XL bunks, TV, gaming console, board games and a dedicated reading nook

• Versatile lower-level rec room/flex space with a twin daybed + trundle, attached half bath, shuffleboard table, “Lake Dreams” neon sign and a wellness corner with yoga mats, resistance bands and a foam roller

The main level also includes a full bathroom and guest-access laundry room for added convenience.


LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN

Designed for gathering and relaxing, the living room features a 65” TV with Netflix, an electric fireplace and a collection of board games for cozy evenings in.

The dining area seats up to 8 guests and includes a dedicated coffee bar for slow mornings by the lake. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, a gas range and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

SEASONAL AMENITIES & WATERFRONT

The cold plunge, heated outdoor shower and paddleboards are typically available from approximately April through October 31, weather and lake conditions permitting. The barrel sauna is available year-round.

Direct shoreline access may remain available outside this period when conditions permit. Lake Erie is a natural environment, and access is always subject to weather, waves, water levels, ice and shoreline conditions. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children should be supervised at all times near the waterfront.

The properties on either side of Lake & Sage are privately owned. Guests must use Lake & Sage’s designated waterfront access and may not enter neighbouring properties to access the lake or retrieve watercraft.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles — 2 in the driveway and 2 directly across the street.
