Located just a short drive from marinas, boat ramps, and public lake access, Texoma Rose Retreat offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to everything Lake Texoma has to offer.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers plenty of space for both gathering and relaxing.

Before You Book
• Minimum age: The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the entire reservation.
• Identity verification: The booking guest must complete identity verification through Truvi after booking, including a government-issued photo ID and selfie. We’ll send the verification link after booking. Verification must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the request and before check-in.
• Security deposit: A $500 pre-authorization hold is placed on the card on file from arrival day through 3 days after departure.
• Rental Agreement: The booking guest agrees to our Rental Agreement when booking on Vrbo. Please review it before booking.

Security and Monitoring Devices
• Two exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the home: a Ring video doorbell at the front entrance and a Ring floodlight camera above the game room. Both monitor the front entrance and driveway only and record video without audio.
• These two front cameras are the only cameras on the property. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard, outdoor kitchen and dining area, hot tub area, fire pit, or screened-in porch.
• A Minut noise monitoring device inside the home measures sound levels only and does not record or transmit audio or conversations.
• The televisions are smart TVs, which guests can turn off.

Fees to Be Aware Of
• Pet fee: $200 per reservation for up to 2 dogs, which must be disclosed at booking
• Departure after 11:15 AM without prior approval: $250
• Undisclosed overnight guest: $250 where permitted, plus applicable documented costs
• Unauthorized party or event: $500 where permitted, plus permitted actual costs
• Unauthorized fireworks: $500 plus actual costs
• Smoking or vaping indoors: $500 plus actual remediation costs
• Mid-stay cleaning: A $150 mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 10 nights or longer.
• Other fees and documented costs may apply as described in the Rental Agreement.
