  • Comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located in a beautiful 24 hour secured gated complex- Winchester Estates. Nestled in Kingston’s metropolitan area- Half Way Tree- Winchester Estate is less than .5km from New Kingston- Jamaica’s business district. Centrally located this beautiful apartment provides quick access to Kingston’s historic sites and downtown Kingston and less than 2 minutes walk to a major shopping area and transportation centre and . This place is suitable for business travelers, small family and couples.
    The unit is outfitted with a queen size bed and a sofa bed to comfortably accommodate 3 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove with convection oven; microwave; coffee maker. An assortment of teas (including instant coffee) is made available.
    The apartment is housed with private washroom with washtub; washing machine and dryer.
    WiFi and cable tv are provided with televisions located in the living and bedroom.

A clean, comfy, quiet place to stay. Home away from home! Hope its avail during my next visit.

The pics doesn't do this place any justice. Even better jewel in person. Small but very clean and comfortable. Just walking distance to some attractions, shops, and restaurant but super quiet neighborhood. You will forget you are just feet away from the everyday hustle & bustle. Dawn is right on it for any questions or concerns, even all the way from Asia where she was during my visit. I absolutely loved the balcony. Gave me a sense of peace, especially during my studying time.

Great stay in Kingston!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It was cozy and comfortable; felt like a home away from home. It was a quick overnight stay, but I would definitely stay and/or recommend others choose this property. So easy working with the property manager, even at the last minute. We were coming in town to take care of embassy business, and she made it very easy for us. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

This was my first time using VRBO to stay in Kingston. I was very pleased with the apartment. I was recently in Jamaica, with my family for vacation and I had to return in a very short time for a funeral. The apartment was available and the price was right. It is in a very busy area in Kingston, but you did not hear the street noise while in the apartment. It was very quiet and clean. My family who are locals stopped by to visit and they also liked the apartment. I loved the mattress!! I suffer from back pain and I was concerned that the mattress would be too soft. This one was perfect. If I could roll it up and take it home with me, I would have. The owner, Dawn, was very quick with responding to any questions that I had. I would certainly look to stay here again, if it's available, when I return to the island. Thank you.

The place to stay.

This place was very clean and comfortable. The attendants were very nice. There was one particular guy. I believed he maintained the property. He was exceptionally helpful. He had seen that our rental car was dirty after going to the country and offered to wash it for us. He did an outstanding job!!. He even took our luggage to our car upon departure. The people were very kind. I will definitely stay here again. Everything is near by.

My stay at your location was comfortable i will definitely return in the future.

The experience was wonderful especially knowing that the location is central; right in the heart of Half Way Tree. Near to the supermarket, banks, pharmacy, shops and transportation center.
