Our stay in Kingsport was great! The place was immaculate when we arrived and getting into the unit was easy. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and bars which was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this stay!

Sweet, friendly, compact, perfect!

This was a lovely apartment in an old 1932 building built by and for the telephone company. Centrally located, easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking (though it gets a bit crowded on Friday and Saturday) and a cute little wine bar ( they have charcuterie boards too) with so many sweet, friendly people! Jennifer was prompt and quick with instructions and communication was clear and fast! She even helped me get my hat back that I had left outside.

Great location!

Very clean and historical. The location was very close to downtown. We enjoyed walking downtown to see all of the beautiful lights and Christmas decorations. I absolutely recommend this property!!

Swim Trip To Kingsport

Jennifer is a gem and made sure our family had everything we needed for our stay. The loft was exactly what our small family needed and is in a perfect location. We would love to stay again the next time our meet schedule brings us to Kingsport!

Bristol Race Weekend

Came to Kingsport for the Bristol night race. Chose this condo based on the pictures and the reviews. The condo was exactly as the pictures indicated. It was nice and clean and very quiet. I'm a light sleeper and never heard anything outside the condo. There are several restaurants within walking distance and some decent nightlife also. There's even a wine bar downstairs from the condo. The owner was a breeze to communicate with and quick to respond. I would recommend this condo if visiting the area.

Nice place

The property is unique and the location is convenient right downtown and walking distance to many businesses. The only thing I wish I knew before was there was an opening in the wall between the bedroom and the living room. So if you have someone staying in the living room the light from a tv will filter into each room. Otherwise the owners provided many conveniences for a comfortable stay and would definitely stay there again!

Modern condo in heart of downtown Kingsport. Clean and well furnished. Location can’t be beat! Visit downtown shops, restaurants and nightlife all within walking distance. The General Store a block away is a must! Host is very responsive! Obviously takes pride in condo and provides little touches that go beyond the ordinary!

Jennifer was always quick to respond to any question or issues I had! Very clean and convenient place to stay downtown. Easy to work from and overall comfortable place to relax. I also brought my dog, and all the little dog extras made it feel more like home. Already schedule another stay!

Amazing Condo!!!!

Our family of 4 needed to find a place to stay last minute to visit family in Kingsport, TN and found this amazing gem of a condo! It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed! It also was located right in downtown Kingsport, so we could walk to a bunch of places right in town. The host, Jennifer, was quick to respond and sent us everything we needed to make our stay easy and seamless! We will definitely be booking again for future visits to Kingsport!

My husband & I were very happy with Jennifer, the host, & her beautiful condo! Everything was very clean & neat & the condo is very nicely decorated & quiet! The coffee station was very appreciated & Jennifer was wonderful at responding to our questions! We will be back, so glad that we were able to find this gem in Kingsport!

Friends Weekend

This loft style apartment is the perfect getaway for friends or a couple. It is conveniently located in Downtown Kingsport with access to shopping, dining and nightlife. I would highly recommend this property!
