The large screen porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking up the serene lake views.

Step outside and you'll find yourself on a large sandy beach, where you can spend hours soaking up the sun or swimming in the crystal clear waters of Lake LBJ. The beach is perfect for families with children or for those looking for a peaceful retreat by the water. Your furry friends are also welcome to join in on the fun, as this rental is pet-friendly. Children & dogs enjoy the huge sandy beach and shallow water! For swimming & boating, the deeper water is a little further out so it is a perfect place for children sitting and playing in the water.

The house is so cute and very clean! The beach and the water are lovely. There are lots of restaurants nearby and an HEB. This place has everything! The owner is a great communicator which always makes things better!

We had so much fun at Sunset Beach! The dog absolutely loved the water and playing at Llano Slab. It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

Peaceful location!

We stayed at this home in July and loved the location. It is the perfect spot to have private beach access and a fenced yard for our pup. We loved it so much we booked a second stay there in October. The home is very clean and has everything you need.

A wonderful lake getaway!!

We had the best time during our stay! This is a perfect spot for little ones—our kids are 1 and 4 and the beach area was so great for them! It was exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend staying here, many wonderful memories made! The house was well stocked, clean, the host was wonderful too.

Amazing location and home!

We loved our Kingsland stay and our boys (3 and 5) had an absolute blast playing on the beach. The house was clean and well kept with lots of fun amenities like toys, books and games. The views were amazing and it was very relaxing. We will be back again!

Great “beach” vacation

We’ve rented this home twice for an end-of-summer family getaway and plan to do so annually! Love that our dog can come too. Great house for family of 4 and love that this part of the lake is not super busy. Owner offers her direct contact information in case you need anything during your stay.

Beach Blast

This is one of the best locations in the Hill Country. It’s like Hawaii in Texas. Gorgeous place and beach with mountains in background. I cannot say enough about this location and the host Cynthia was incredible and sweet. Great time can’t wait to go back. 5 Stars all the way!!!

Perfect Stay

This property was perfect for our family. We spent hours on the beach and in the water. Fenced in yard was great for the dog. The screened in porch was lovely for game night and watching wildlife in the morning. We'll be back!

Perfect getaway!

My family of four stayed here during spring break. The beach is absolutely amazing and the water is perfect. Shallow but it gets deeper as you go out. It was perfect for my two young kids and my dog that loves to chase his ball all day in the water. The house is super cute and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We will be back again this summer!
