Welcome to the The Snug! This waterfront home has perfect nautical elegance throughout the home. The classic-themed lake house nestled along the Llano River at Lake LBJ is a perfect combination of comfort & style. The backyard is shaded with towering live oak trees, offering a serene retreat by the water's edge. This home has many games for adults or kids to enjoy along with a kayak & new paddle board! The boat dock makes it easy to jump on your watercraft & head out for a fun day in the sun!

The Space:
This two-story home boasts four bedrooms and three full baths, providing ample space for up to twelve guests to indulge in comfort and luxury. Step inside to discover a haven of relaxation and sophistication. The interior exudes a timeless charm, with brass accents, hardwood floors, and tasteful nautical accents throughout.

The first two guest rooms are located on the first floor once you enter the home. The primary suite is off to the right and includes a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a glass walk in shower and dual sinks. The second guest room on this level is off to the right of the entry foyer and includes a queen bed. This bedroom has a Jack 'N Jill bathroom that leads out to the hall near the kitchen. This bathroom includes a tub and shower combination. As you head up the stairs the allure of nautical theme continues with antique rope handle leading the to the second floor. You are greeted by a cozy second living space and work area in case you need to catch up on emails while at the lake. This space is perfect for the kids to play a game or watch a movie. Up here you will find the remaining two guest bedrooms. One is furnished with a kind bed and has views of the lake while the second one includes custom built in bunk beds. The bunk room has 3 sets of twin over twin size beds and perfect place for kids to rest after long day on the water. The third bathroom is also on this level and may be shared with both these guest rooms. It includes another tub and shower combination as well.

The downstairs living space is bathed in natural light, creating an inviting ambiance for gatherings with loved ones. Gather around the dining table for your next meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Or gather around in the cozy living space as laughter fills the air as the family bonds over one of the board games.

Outside, the expansive yard beckons you to explore and unwind. Enjoy the shaded yard from the live oak trees and relax in the hammock or around the firepit on the chillier nights. Roast some s'mores and share stories of the day. There are also a complimentary kayak and a stand-up paddleboard available for you to use.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood has 2 POA parks and it's own private boat ramp available for guests to use.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to this home and around to local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
We are available by phone, email, text, Airbnb Message, or can be available in person if need be.

No pets are allowed at this property. If evidence of pets are found, then an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

Noise Ordinance: Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No exceptions! No amplified music or noise is allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
