The space
As you step inside Unit 103, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept living space, adorned with contemporary furnishings and tasteful decor. The living room features comfortable seating arrangements and a massive 75" smart TV, allowing you to unwind while enjoying breathtaking views of the glistening lake through the large windows.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and ample storage space, making it a pleasure to prepare delicious meals.

The condo offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful haven for restful nights. The main bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom features two bunk twin beds as well as a combination twin bed/trundle bed, making this vacation rental ideal for small families or groups of friends.

The bathroom is elegantly appointed, with a grand walk-in shower and provided toiletries for your convenience. Fresh towels and linens are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout your visit.

Guest access
Guests will have two covered parking spaces, full access to Unit 103, it's patio and the shared dock. Guests will NOT have access to any of the boat slips, jet ski docks, or the complex's boat ramp.
Other things to note
Kingsland Terrace Condo Association does NOT allow:
1. Pets of rental guests
2. Use of the complex's boat ramp
3. Smoking in or on the property
4. Parking anywhere other than the Unit's designated covered spaces
5. Trailer parking anywhere on the premises
6. More than 6 guests per unit
