Head out to the covered deck which provides a stunning view of Lake LBJ. A propane BBQ grill and outdoor dining table with seating for 8 let you eat like a local and a fan provides a cool breeze in the Texas summer! The inner yard is fenced off for safety and a small gate leads to the rest of the yard with bag toss, a fire pit, and a 2-slip boat dock + 2 space jet ski ramp. There is also a fish feeder on the dock which makes for excellent deep water fishing from the dock.
The open concept kitchen, living, and dining area in this one story lakeside home is perfect for entertaining. Curl up on the large sectional sofa to watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV or read a good book. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner on the stainless steel stovetop and serve it on the dining table steps away with seating for 8 guests. Stools placed around the kitchen counters provide additional seating for 6 guests. Large windows offer gorgeous views of the patio, yard, and lake.
BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Bedrooms 1 (the primary), 2, and 3 are in the main house. Bedrooms 4 and 5 (the bunk room) are in the guest suite with a separate entrance.
LOCATION: Conveniently located on the Colorado River Arm of Lake LBJ less than 10 minutes away (3.8 miles) from the Kingsland HEB (grocery store), local restaurants (like Lazy Heron Coffee House, Alfredo’s Mexican, Hoopers at the Antler Inn, and Boat Town Burger Bar), and national chains like (Sonic, Subway, and Mr Gatti’s Pizza), this home is perfect for a large family, a couples retreat, or a group of friends.

PLEASE NOTE: Disruptive party groups are not permitted. This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance). No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. The hose at the dock is lake water (not potable) but can be used for cleaning boats, dock, fish, etc. No fish cleaning in house. This property is monitored by security cameras on the exterior of the home only.
