Other Things to Note:

At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:



- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

- Non-Refundable Pet Fee $170.75 (Tax Included) Per Pet / Per Stay. Only dogs are permitted with written permission only, Maximum of 2 dogs. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay

- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.

- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

Excellent stay

This was a beautiful house and location! The house had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the views of the river and kayaking! The kids especially enjoyed the game room in the garage and the pool table.

The house needs work.

Day 1 air was not cooling above 77 downstairs, died wine in glasses and hot choc in coffee cup in Cubard, tech said air filter was very dirty, coils in bunks mattresses need to be replaced. Day 2 temp during night was hit in bedrooms upstairs so we came downstairs and one guest left, drain in basin sink upstairs would not drain, air tech said the house air conditioning should be resined but can’t do it while guests staying. Cook pans in kitchen are awful and u safe for use. We bought new. Outside fridge was not cooling probably cause it was too hot in garage. The best thing about the stay was the quick reply to managing the problems. I do not recommend this house for co tinted rentals until upkeep is performed.

Beautiful lake house with pool

Everything was so great from the beginning to the end! The house, the customer service, the location. MJ with hsbliving was superb! Gorgeous view of the lake! Everything was very well kept! We wish we could have stayed longer. The only suggestions I would make for future guest visits is to have more kitchen towels, as there was only one, so we had to wash it multiple times and use more paper towels than we normally would. For me it didn’t matter but the husband made a comment that an update of atleast the living room tv would be a great addition, it didn’t have the capabilities that most tvs these days have for streaming. Other than that this was one of our most favorite places to stay and we travel quite a bit with our large family. Kids loved the pool table and spent hours playing! Which was great because unfortunately it poured down raining for most of our stay.

Great house!

The house was great with a ton of amenities to keep kids entertained the whole weekend, and had plenty of beds for everyone! We did have several issues with appliances (ice maker and dishwasher did not work, and had a major issue with the kitchen sink not draining). While we were initially very frustrated with these issues, Horseshoe Bay Living did send out people to fix the appliances and even went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience in our stay by sending someone to help us clean the dishes that had accumulated without a working sink and dishwasher, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the stay was positive and everyone loved the house and all that there was to do on the property.
