We didn’t check in, because we went ahead and looked the property over ahead of time, and it looked terrible, so we canceled that stay

The Neighborhood Hotel - Grand Beach
Room is very well decorated with amazing amenities. Lobby is so well done for relaxing and hanging out. Basement is also decorated well with great amenities

Lifetime Memories*Big Beach Front House*Fire Place/Pit*Free WiFi*Paddle Boards
The house was perfect. The location was great. The only thing a little complicated is if you have a big party driving separately, you have to find additional street parking. It was fine for us, since it was winter. That’s probably a bigger issue in the busy months.

VIP! LUXURY 4BD 5min to Lake Michigan beach Big Pool with heater!!
Property was not as presented. Carpets were dirty, walls were peeling, outside area dirty and covered in slippery algae and unkept. Pool was dirty and green. Stair carpets are worn and dirty. Windows had ac units. Cabinets possibly broke and open. There wasn't even a door knob on the front door, ...
