"Nice hotel but we are a family of three and were put in the basement because that is their largest room (is what they said). The room was not that big. Our floor was -1 in the elevator. We had a view of a stairwell. Upon checking in we found ants in our bathroom. They had an air freshener in the room that hurt my throat it was so strong and hard to sleep in. I am guessing it was in there to cover the musty smells that can happen in basements. The breakfast was amazing and I would recommend this...

"The best part of this hotel is its location. You can walk around to visit tourist attractions in Dublin while returning back to the hotel in the middle of day and return back to exploring again after the break. Lot of food choices and lot more places for drinking and partying available once you step outside the hotel. Only small negative I felt is about their rigid checkout policy, they didn’t want to extend check out for us from 12 to 1 PM without added fees."

"It is a beautiful hotel but it was dirty and not maintained. House keeping was not good, they left our door ajar and add the "I'm out" door flag to the door. Sheets were not changed, trash cans were not emptied. We had to ask for toilet paper. No shampoo or soap in the room the first night. The area was loud with construction and homeless people.
