"AC leaked water all over the floor, it worked well and staff told me it would be fixed the next day so I didn't switch rooms, of course it wasn't, i don't imagine they have a plan to fix it because the size of the hole in the AC unit where the water rusted the grate apart was about 6 inches wide so they gave me a bucket and extra towels. The pool was great, very well kept, playground was well kept, only things I would change is maybe the hotel could pick up the mountains of trash in the hallways...

"This place is horrible, it’s nothing more than a truck rest stop. There is no lobby, no waiting area and no front desk to check in/out. The lobby is a truck rest stop store where you can buy truck parts, gas etc. false advertising. I cancelled my trip through Expedia while on site and I still didn’t get my money back because Expedia sent the property several emails and called multiple times and no one from the property answered the phone or emails. The rooms are old, dirty, bed linen is dirty,...

"The room was clean but there was roaches.that is my only complaint.i had brand new towels and wash cloths It was clean until I seen around the mini fridge.my fridge was leaking and there was a pool of water around in alone with piles of dirt"

"Very dirty. Shower surround was held together with duct tape. Smelled like stale smoke. AC didn't blow very cold."

"The hotel room was discusting. The sheets and linens and towels were all stained. There were hairs left on top of towels. The breakfast turned out to be only coffee. That's not a breakfast. We got in late and were happy to leave as quickly as possible. We didn't even want to shower. There weren't any shampoos or other toiletries available in the room either. This is the place you should stay if you have to for the afforability of it, but not by choice."

"A budget friendly hotel is not always a good option. A juice machine that did not work, stale cereal and no effort by staff to correct was quite disappointing."

"This property was very unique experience. They outrighttly said that they dont have my booking. After showing them the confirmation from expedia, they still refused and said how can they book the property. We dont have such rooms and we dont make money with them. After being told that I am traveling with 4 kids and need a night stay, they offered 2 beds and asked for $50 with no extra blankets. Horrible experience and I am going to spread this word across."
