The course is bordered by natural forest, offering wide-open views and a peaceful, woodsy backdrop. One deck includes a propane grill and an outdoor dining table. The second deck is strung with bistro lighting and features a cozy lounge area with an outdoor sofa, two umbrellas for shade, and two small café tables with chairs—an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The only downstairs bedroom is a second suite with a queen bed, full-size sleeper sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. It’s a comfortable choice for grandparents or guests who prefer ground-level access. This room also includes a desk and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Guest Access
* Guests have full access to the home, both decks, and the fully fenced backyard (with the exception of a few locked owner closets).
* The garage is primarily used to store home amenities, but a compact vehicle may fit—clearance is tight and best suited for small cars only.
* The driveway fits up to four vehicles and is plowed in winter. During snowstorms, guests may need to clear around their vehicles, as the driveway is plowed but not hand-shoveled. Please leave space between vehicles and the garage doors in winter, as there’s a built-in drainage system that can become icy. Take care when walking in this area, especially during snow or freezing temps.
* Check-in is simple and contactless with a keyless smart lock.
* There are a couple of small steps at the entrance, but the first floor is otherwise accessible and generally comfortable for older guests or those with limited mobility.
